ADULT MUAY THAI IN PURLEY & CROYDON

Session Description

We have classes that cater for both beginners and more advanced fighters (interested in competing and sparring). There are sessions for participants with limited or no Muay Thai (K-1) experience who want to learn a new discipline to keep fit, hone their fighting skills and learn a means of self-defence. It is also for the general keep fitters who are not interested in competing ( sparring etc ). Sessions are varied so that participants can develop at their own pace and work with other participants who are at a similar level.

We can help any participant who excels and wants to pursue Muay Thai (K-1) at an amateur level.
