Service Description
For participants with limited or no Muay Thai (K-1) experience who want to learn a new discipline to keep fit, hone their fighting skills and learn a means of self-defence. It is also for the general keep fitters who are not interested in competing ( sparring etc ). Sessions are varied so that participants can develop at their own pace and work with other participants who are at a similar level. We can help any participant who excels and wants to pursue Muay Thai (K-1) at an amateur level.
